About Me
As a Portuguese fashion designer and graphic artist, Maria João background gives her a unique insight into fashion and art. After spending five years studying fine arts in Porto, she went to Rio de Janeiro to finish her degree. In 2008, she moved again to Porto to study fashion design at Citex.
She tends to start her work by experimenting with traditional processes such as painting, drawing, before designing the final image digitally.
