Overview
Our history in online dates back to 1996 with Mills Harding, the first recruitment consultancy in Australia to specialise in the new media industry.
In 2001 LaVolta Consulting was launched to continue our support for the digital media industry and today we have 2 business practices;
LaVolta Digital which specialises in online, mobile and convergent media and
LaVolta Principals which looks after international search for senior business and executives with a slightly broader offering cutting across media, digital and technology
Our people have been involved in enterprise and innovation for many years, helping companies define their business models from new business strategies to re-modeling. We have a track record in building specialised business units within established corporations that are responsible for emerging technologies and new innovative product and service strategies.
We work with start-ups and fast moving enterprises who face significant operational challenges and with the help of our Aravati Market Entry Global Network, we work with businesses entering Australia to local business establishing an off-shore presence.
