About Me
I am Julian Hutton, a graphic designer from Brisbane, Australia. I explore visual communication and typography. Currently I'm Freelancing.
Problem solving is at the core of my love for visual communication — this and constraints drive my work. I find that my work is informed by ideas and processes from other disciplines such as fine art, architecture, philosophy and film. The lines between these practices are often blurred to me and I obtain my inspiration from all of them.
I'm interested in small artwork-based commissions to larger design contracts. I'm also very interested in collaboration, so get at me!
