About Me
Harumi Takagi majored in Environments and Graphics. She is interested in how we communicate through image, typography, (museum) space and the effects of communicating between languages. In particular, she is intrigued by how the senses can be utilised and manipulated in order to communicate a message and the ways in which design thinking can facilitate this communication. Having also completed Applied Object and Jewellery design she hopes to continue developing a strong conceptual practice informed by theory, design development and research.
