This project was undertaken as a competition for Amerind whilst on study exchange at Istituto Europea di Design, Madrid. The brief required a piece of mobile furniture, incorporating the company products and appealing to young professionals, whose lives are increasingly nomadic. The result is this overtly playful coffee table underpinned with some solid engineering. I recently revisited the design, recreating the 3D CAD files and further resolving the components.
