Diversions throughout my life have sent me along many paths. Up mountains, into tunnels, through deserts and under water. Behind counters, stuck to phones, inside windows and sitting at desks. Ultimately they have all brought me back to what I am truly passionate about, designing.
I'm all about print design, getting crafty, photography and making things look good (from a vase of flowers to an event). Every day I enjoy discovering new techniques, new materials and new ideas.
This is a sample of what I have done without you... imagine what I can do with you.
As a student ambassador I was available to talk to future and new students about the courses and services available at Deakin, assisting the Graphic Design department on Open Day and other marketing events.
As Office Administrator I am responsible for the day to day management of the office, including project, accounts and HR administration.
As a stylist of bedlinen I set up the studio to look like a hundred different rooms, the aesthetic designed to appeal to the target market of each product. As a merchandiser I set up ellaborate displays for presentations on new ranges to major department store buyers.
Create lifestyle focused in-store displays and windows, which were both commercially viable and visually powerful.
Junior Designer
On my travels I designed a shop layout, I made posters for community events, I made some logos, I took photos, I worked at pubs, I sat behind a desk and wrote tender documents, I sold bed linen and as a personal assistant went shopping to buy my boss's son new trousers.
At the end of my studies at RMIT I was presented with an incentive award for my outstanding work.
