Executive, TV
Working in 2007 and 2008 with Apple Australia's chosen team of boffins: Harry Grinling's 'SUPPORT PARTNERS'; our principle project was to guide and support the ABC Nationwide in their transition to an Apple platform. In my role as Applications & Training Specialist, I gave workshops and managed work-flows across all of Final Cut Studio (and some Adobe products...) within an Xsan environment, while supporting online operations around the country for about 6 months. I also worked with the company's engineers, installing the Xsan hardware and the network's editing stations.
I provided similar training to Disney Pictures and Animal Logic, while contributing to the online support of our local and overseas clients, such as the BBC, via the help desk and with work-flow analysis.
While working at Support Partners, I also re-looked the company website to their current "Spotlight" branding at http://www.support-partners.com.
