"Writing is my heart's obsession to connect" - Brianna Driver.
The above quote is my own value of the passion I have for writing. I have an obsession to be able to make words connect emotionally with an audience, and to also be able to generate creative ideas.
My name is Brianna Driver, and I am currently a final year student at Charles Sturt University, studying a Bachelor of Communications (Advertising).
My Career Objective at first is to become a Copywriter, and to become part of a successful team that contributes to the agency's and my own personal success.
In the future I hope to become a Creative Director, as I am not afraid to take risks, and never give up without a fight, and always learn from my mistakes.
I am a determined, self-motivated and persistent individual with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and will always try my best at any task that is given to me.
I am an honest and respectful person who is a team player and easy to get along with. I am extremely organised with impeccable time management skills, while also having great attention to detail.
I will strive to do anything to be able to reach my career goals as well as my persnal goals.
I believe to always strive with my fullest potential and to have no regrets in life.
I was an intern in the FUSE Department where I worked on The McDonald's account, V account and Weight Watchers account. This gave me a greater insight into how a media agency operates, while also increasing my skills in excel, Powerpoint, Social media, and my overall communication skills.
I helped with Fashion Palette's spring fashion show, by helping them gain more awareness and to increase their ticket sales.
Creative Department - Worked on the Coca-Cola creative brief, took photo's and wrote copy for the KFC Facebook page, worked in the American Express Creative Brief.
Also worked in the Public Relations department

I handled and resolved customer complaints, and also lead and motivated staff to produce greater efficiency and teamwork, to enjoy and uphold an enjoyable atmosphere. This resulted in an increase in customer satisfaction.
I worked at Coles Supermarket for four years, and helped me gain skills in communication, team work, time management and to achieve great customer satisfaction skills.
I completed a 'casting class' for Rosey's Talent Consultants and have appeared in an American Television Series. This helped increase my presentation skills of performance, confidence and also creativity, due to the practice of improvisation.
I have received a numerous amount of High Distinction's throughout my time at Charles Sturt.
One High Distinction was in my 'Creative Portfolio' Subject, as well as my Advertising Research subject and also Marketing.
In Creative portfolio, we had to create ten advertisements from ten briefs, and also include at LEAST ten thumbnails of ideas before we came to a conclusion on the end execution for each brief.
Advertising and PR Research was a subject that I undertook this year, and received a High Distinction for a research assessment. This included to identify a problem (both for a client and for the University), conducting real-life research methodologies that included in-depth interviews, focus groups and online survey's. From this research, I then had to implement a strategy in order to overcome the problem and business objectives. .
I completed a 10,000-word story for English Extension Two, in year twelve.
Wrote two poems that were published in a National "Book of Poetry".
I was a trained dancer for thirteen years and danced all over NSW. This increased my confidence, creativity and team work skills.
