Bea Pierce is a UX-focused digital art director with over 15 years experience developing interactive projects across multiple platforms including web, mobile, apps and social media.

She is a recognized collaborative leader with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and manage creative teams, mentor individuals, liaise with clients and lead the entire creative process from concept to completion and into post-launch management.

Over the last 6 years Bea has been running Jellybeaps, a boutique new media agency, and teaching at Raffles College of Design and Commerce on a part-time basis. She has established extremely productive relationships with a range of exciting, innovative and up-and-coming businesses, including some of Australia’s most progressive and unique education providers, and delivered highly creative and commercially focused design solutions that met business goals.

Worked collaboratively with key marketing, academic, IT and management stakeholders to identify problems and develop effective solutions. Re-imagined Raffles as a ‘living academic environment’ to help communicate the depth of the brand, increase enrolments and interest in the college, develop community within the existing student population and inspire students and teachers to become active participants, both online and off.
