About Me
I am a video editor and motion graphics designer with over 13 years experience in television commercials, music videos, cable and online content. I have a strong background in music-related media.
I have worked in Australia for several post-production facilities and SONY, MTV Australia, as well as overseas in China and Japan specialising in Visual Effects and Graphics for companies such as Universal Studios Japan and small boutique design companies.
Having worked with Creative Suite products such as After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator since the beginning of my career, I have extensive knowledge of the software. Starting out as an AVID editor for more than 6years, I now also work professionally with Final Cut Pro.
I have taught workshops on Editing, Camera Operation, Motion Graphics and Digital Publishing, using software such as Photoshop, Encore and After Effects, AVID, Final Cut Pro and editing at AFTRS in Sydney and Queensland University of Technology and St Laurence’s College in Brisbane.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television from the Queensland University of Technology (graduated with Distinction 2002) and was awarded the AFTRS Digital Video Editor Scholarship in 1995.
